Terms of use

1. Parties and definitions

These terms are an agreement between you and Minderyx – the operator of minderyx.com, Vilnius, Lithuania (“Minderyx”, “we”) about the use of minderyx.com and the Minderyx apps (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them.

2. Your account

An account needs a valid email address. The Service is for people aged 16 and over. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account; report unauthorised access to hello@minderyx.com.

One account works across the whole Minderyx platform, including syp.lt.

3. The Service and plans

The free plan gives a limited daily learning time, a limited number of tutor questions and basic progress. Limits are shown in the app and may change.

A paid plan (Minderyx Pro) will be offered separately: prices, trial, renewal and cancellation will be stated clearly before you pay. Where consumer law grants a 14-day right of withdrawal, it applies unless you expressly agree to immediate delivery of digital content.

We keep improving the Service: features may change, be added or removed. We announce material changes to the free plan in advance.

4. Content and the AI tutor

Lessons and tutor answers are general educational content. They are not financial, legal, medical or other professional advice, and the tutor can be wrong. Make decisions – especially financial ones – yourself and verify facts.

Lessons, texts, design and trademarks belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for personal learning; copying, redistributing or commercial use without our consent is not allowed.

5. Your content

Documents, texts or notes you upload remain yours. You grant us the right to process them only to build your lessons, summaries and checks; we do not show them to other users or use them to train models. Upload only what you have the right to use.

6. Acceptable use

You must not circumvent plan limits or security measures, scrape content automatically, interfere with the Service, use the tutor to create unlawful, harmful or rights-infringing content, or share your account. Breaches may lead to limits or closure of the account.

7. Closing the account

You can delete your account at any time (Profile → Privacy). Data is erased within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy. We may close an account for breach of these terms or if we discontinue the Service; in the latter case we give at least 30 days’ notice.

8. Liability

The Service is provided as is; we work to keep it available but cannot guarantee it is always error-free. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by relying on educational content. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence. We first try to resolve disputes by agreement (hello@minderyx.com). EU consumers may use the ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/odr. Courts of Lithuania have jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the new version is published here with its date and material changes are announced by email at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms. Contact: hello@minderyx.com.
